High-quality Avek beds, stunning views, and everything else you could wish for on holiday. At Afslag 5, we don’t serve breakfast, but on the island, there are plenty of charming little restaurants where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast.

Pleasantly sustainable

With us, your stay is energy-neutral – thanks to geothermal heating, solar-powered boilers, and a smart ventilation system. Admittedly, it might feel a bit counterintuitive, surrounded by the fresh Texel air. But with this ventilation system, the windows stay closed. That way, your room remains pleasantly fresh: cool in summer, cosy in winter. A major bonus? Mosquitoes and other winged visitors don’t stand a chance.
