Terms and Conditions

We're glad to welcome you at Afslag 5. We do everything we can to offer you a comfortable stay. To help maintain a peaceful atmosphere and preserve our property, we kindly ask you to follow a few house rules. We count on your understanding and cooperation.

• Check-in from 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 10:00 AM
• The room must be vacated no later than 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out is unfortunately not possible.
• The minimum age for check-in is 18.
• A maximum of 2 persons are allowed in the room.
• Afslag 5 is not suitable for children.
• Our accommodation is not suitable for groups.
• Visitors are not permitted.
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.
• Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
• Due to municipal regulations, it is not permitted to cook or prepare food in or around our accommodation.
• It is not permitted to take any inventory outside (with the exception of tableware).
• Candles and tealights are not permitted.
• TVs and smoke detectors must not be dismantled. The smoke detectors are connected to a central system.
• Please keep our walls and ceilings white.
• In the event of damage or theft, we will be obliged to charge the costs incurred.
• Parties or events in the accommodation are not permitted.
• Commercial photography is not permitted.

Afslag 5 accepts no liability whatsoever for any damage, loss or theft you may suffer during your stay at Afslag 5.

You are liable for any damage to the accommodation or its contents caused during your stay.

If you and/or your fellow guests behave improperly or fail to comply with the house rules during your stay in our accommodation, we reserve the right to terminate your stay with immediate effect and without any refund of the accommodation costs.

You remain responsible for paying the full cost of the stay in the accommodation. You are liable for any damage resulting from your misconduct or that of your fellow guests.

Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival.
Helpful tip: when making a booking, always take out travel and cancellation insurance.

The booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

We do not accept group bookings.
Our accommodation is not suitable for groups.
Should a group booking nevertheless be made, we will be obliged to cancel it.

In the event of loss or failure to return the accommodation keys, all resulting costs will be charged to the main guest. The main guest undertakes to settle the duly substantiated invoice within 14 days of its issue.

If the keys are not returned at check-out, the main guest is required to send them by registered mail to AFSLAG 5 within two working days.
