Terms and Conditions

We're glad to welcome you at Afslag 5. We do everything we can to offer you a comfortable stay. To help maintain a peaceful atmosphere and preserve our property, we kindly ask you to follow a few house rules. We count on your understanding and cooperation.

• Check-in from 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 10:00 AM
• The room must be vacated by 10:00 AM at the latest.
• The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.
• A maximum of 2 people is allowed per room.
• Afslag 5 is not suitable for children.
• Visitors are not allowed.
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.
• Pets are not allowed inside the accommodation.
• Due to municipal regulations, cooking or preparing food in or around our accommodation is not permitted.
• It is not allowed to take our furnishings outside (except for tableware).
• Candles and tea lights are not allowed.
• Do not remove or disable TVs or smoke detectors. Smoke detectors are connected to a system.
• Please keep our walls and ceiling white.
• In case of damage or theft, we will be forced to charge costs.
• Parties or events are not allowed in the accommodation.
• Commercial photography is not permitted.

Afslag 5 accepts no liability whatsoever for any damage, loss or theft that you suffer or incur during your stay at Afslag 5.

You are liable for any damage caused to or inside the accommodation during your stay.

If you and/or your fellow guests behave inappropriately during your stay in our accommodation, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your stay.

You remain responsible for the accommodation costs. You are liable for any damage resulting from your misconduct or that of your fellow guests.

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before their arrival.
Helpful tip: Always take out travel and cancellation insurance when making a booking.

The booking is only final after full payment has been received.

In case of loss or failure to return the accommodation keys, all resulting costs will be charged to the main guest. The main guest is obliged to pay the substantiated invoice within 14 days of its issuance.

If the keys are not handed in at check-out, the main guest is required to send them by registered mail to AFSLAG 5 within two working days.
